The organisation is currently embarking on a major change management exercise, incorporating both cultural change and the revamping of its working processes. As the HR Change Manager, you will report to the Group OD Director and work very closely with key business and HR stakeholders ?in designing and implementing the related change management initiatives, as well as educating senior managers and the HR community on the related change methodology. In doing so, you will play a key role in leading the strategic Change Management decisions and direction for the Australian business.

The successful candidate will require:
- A strong change background with deep knowledge of change management methodologies
- External consulting experience with a desire to transition to a corporate environment
- The ability to think both conceptually and implement effectively having had specific experience with design and implementation of change management initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong tertiary qualifications in a related field
